3-5 working days for delivery within Penisular Malaysia

7-10 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak

1. Has my order been shipped out yet?

Once your order has been processed and packed, we will whatsapp you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times.

This tracking code is sent to your registered email address or whatsapp.

1. How do i track my order?

Once you have received your tracking number via email, you may click ‘Track my parcel’ to track the parcel on our website. Alternatively, you may also track the parcel at the courier’s website.

1. Why is my tracking number not traceable?

Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier’s end. If your order was completed during weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.

1. RETURNS POLICY

Customers who are unsatisfied with purchases made through Sebawang.com are allowed to return the item (s) within 7 days of the order.

Customers can contact our staff through whatsapp hotline.

Following reasons will not be considered as a valid grounds for a refund or exchange, such as “ I changed my mind” or “I don’t want it anymore” or “customer itself choose wrong size and color”.

All returned item (s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our refund / exchange policy.

Sale/Discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchange item(s) will be picked by Team Sebawang based on product availability.

Return item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and return in the exact condition upon purchased with tag attached.

Only original item(s) purchased through Sebawang.com or our official stores are entitle for refund or exchange.
